This seminar aims to enable an effective debate on leveraging the Business Continuity Management to safeguard the Life Science business. This goal will be achieved through the contributes of the Business Continuity Institute (BCI) and its worldwide activity, of the British Standards Institute (BSI) to illustrate its reference standard BS25999, and through the experience of the Telco sector on how to systematically cope with the service continuity requirement and finally from a Life Science Supplier who proactively responded to a catastrophe striking one of its major plants. A round table is planned to close the workshop on the state of the art and the widespread perception of the Business Continuity issues and themes in the Italian Life Science community
